The undergraduate certificate in Creativity & Innovation seeks to produce individuals who are equipped with the fundamental creative problem solving competencies that are indicative of creative leaders. The certificate is designed to provide knowledge of the major creativity theories, to enhance a student's latent creative strengths, to foster ability to apply creativity in the workplace, and to present methods for assessing creative strengths.
Students have the option of completing this undergraduate certificate as a stand-alone professional development credential or as a concentration within their baccalaureate degree.
