About the Program

The Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Creativity & Innovation supports students to develop an understanding of key creativity concepts, principles, and models, including creative problem solving, innovation processes, idea development, and the communication of creative solutions. Students examine how creativity operates at individual, team, and organizational levels while exploring how creative thinking can be intentionally cultivated and sustained in professional contexts.

Emphasis is placed on translating creative insight into actionable solutions to address real-world challenges. Students will engage in hands-on projects, case analyses, and practice-based assignments that encourage them to apply creativity tools and techniques directly to their own workplaces or professional interests. is designed for professionals who seek a rigorous, graduate-level credential that demonstrates advanced learning in creativity, innovation, and creative problem solving.
