Drexel University’s online dual MSN in Nursing Leadership/MBA program prepares nurses to lead in complex, evolving healthcare environments. Designed for working professionals, this program integrates AONL-aligned nursing leadership competencies with essential business principles.
The MSN component develops expertise in leadership, communication and relationship management, professionalism, and knowledge of the healthcare environment. The MBA component builds business acumen in finance, operations, strategy, and organizational management.
The dual program equips graduates to navigate legal and ethical challenges, lead systems-level change, and align clinical and business priorities to improve patient and organizational outcomes.

Admission Requirements
A bachelor’s of science in nursing (BSN) degree from a regionally accredited college or university
BSN degrees must be from an institution accredited by CCNE (Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education), ACEN (Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing), or NLN CNEA (NLN Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation.
