GSTD 201 [WI] Professional Applications of Emotional Intelligence 3.0 Credits

This course will examine emotional intelligence as applied through interpersonal communication. Particular emphasis will be placed on emotional intelligence in the workplace and in leadership. The main objective is to make students aware that intelligence and technological expertise are not enough to be successful in the workplace.

This course presents a systematic approach to managerial methods of conducting organizational research and analysis.
