About the College
Since the start, engineering and technology have been the cornerstone of Drexel University. Now, Drexel is bringing together previously separate schools, integrating Drexel's strengths in the School of Biomedical Engineering and Science, the School of Computer Information Sciences, and the School of Engineering — united under one college — the Nick Howley College of Engineering and Computing.
Whether a student's interests lie in computer science, robotics, information science, biomedical, civil, electrical, mechanical engineering, or one of the many other exciting majors offered in the college, they are about to embark on an academic journey that will help them discover and pursue their passions. They will learn from renowned faculty who teach and mentor and they will be supported by dedicated staff committed to their success.
For students, this integration will provide the ability to freely explore their interests and passions, to engage in a wide variety of experiential educational opportunities in addition to co-op, and to graduate with a degree that truly mirrors the collaboration and breadth and depth of knowledge and skills that are required in today’s workforce.
