Students will learn about the fundamentals of urban health and how to apply them to real-world problems.

The certificate is offered entirely online to provide qualified students and working professionals with an opportunity to participate in this program regardless of restrictions in time and physical location. Those who successfully complete the certificate program and wish to broaden their scope of public health education could pursue an MPH or MS degree and apply some or all credits to that program.
