AAML 680 Leadership, Strategy & Planning in Arts and Cult. 3.0 Credits
This course explores leadership theory and practice, strategic thinking and planning, and the theory and practice of organizational and program planning in the arts, culture, and creative industries, including museums. It provides an opportunity for students to reflect on their orientation to the field, what they have learned through their studies, and individual self-awareness / leadership style.
