ABA 6360 Organizational Behavior Management 3.0 Credits
This course introduces students to the application of behavioral concepts to workplace settings. Students will learn the basic tenets and practices of Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) in order to affect behavioral change on a larger organizational scale. Course topics include analyzing problems in the workplace, the contingencies affecting employee behavior, and designing workplace interventions that adhere to the science of behavior.
