ACCT 3301 Advanced Managerial Accounting 3.0 Credits
This course builds on introductory managerial accounting concepts, focusing on how organizations measure, analyze, and use cost information for decision-making. Topics include cost behavior, job order and process costing, activity-based costing, and budgeting, as well as the role of cost data in pricing, performance evaluation, and strategic planning. Students will apply concepts through case studies and projects, developing skills to use accounting information for planning, control, and informed decisions.
