ANIM 3210 Character Animation 3.0 Credits

This course examines the principles of character performance through body mechanics and physical acting in animation. Students use reference and observation to plan and animate purposeful movement, focusing on weight, balance, force, and follow-through to convey emotion and intention. Emphasis is placed on pantomime performance and physically accurate body language to support expressive character behavior.
