ARCH 2201 Architectural Representation I 3.0 Credits
This course explores digital representation with an emphasis on digital software, while cultivating analog architectural skills and hybrid workflows. It combines process drawing, digital fabrication, and hands-on analog craft to further develop students' three-dimensional representational abilities, encouraging seamless integration of digital precision digital tools with the tactile intuition and expressive potential of analog methods. The course also introduces parametric thinking and the iterative design process, reinforcing critical skills in detailing and design development through both digital programs and traditional techniques.
Repeat Status: Not repeatable for credit
