ARCH 3059 Topics in Building Technology and Sustainability 3.0 Credits
This course examines contemporary methods, tools, and debates in sustainable architecture and building technology. Topics change depending on current developments in the field, and may include climate analysis and envelope optimization, passive and active environmental strategies, and other relevant concepts. The class may include presentations, focused readings, hands-on labs or simulations, short design exercises, and group discussion. Assessments may include written assignments, modeling files, tests, and presentations.
