ARCH 3120 Architecture and Urbanism Studio 4.0 Credits
This studio course focuses on the public realm and large-scale urban spaces, exploring the dynamics of placemaking and resilient communities. Students analyze various existing urban conditions, synthesize community priorities, and explore responsive urban designs. By leveraging system thinking, students examine the connectivity and intersectionality between social, environmental, and temporal systems. Students are encouraged to reimagine how the interplay between these systems can to benefit and support the community, now and for future generations.
