AUD 8100 Diagnostics Audiology I 4.0 Credits
Students will study various theories related to components of the basic audiologic examination, including, but not limited, to otoscopy, case history, pure tone threshold evaluation, speech threshold evaluation, speech recognition evaluation, test results interpretation and test battery interpretation. Course content will be delivered via lecture and hands-on laboratory demonstration and practice. Students will demonstrate performance of these procedures in clinical skills labs.
