BIO 1113 General Biology Laboratory I 1.0 Credit
This lab course is designed to be a companion course to the BIO 1111 lecture. Labs are focused on providing students with a hands-on approach to science. Labs will introduce students to basic cellular and molecular techniques to study topics including cell function and metabolism, genetics and inheritance and gene expression and regulation. Students will have the opportunity to conduct experiments while developing their scientific skills in data interpretation and critical thinking.
