BLAW 3330 Real Estate Law 3.0 Credits
This course will cover real property laws and the various rights, obligations, and limitations pertaining to land ownership. Students will analyze the problems, procedures, and documents involved in the acquisition, mortgaging, and transfer of real property. By the end of the course, through the use of problem sets and real world examples, students will be familiar with types of ownership of real property, and how real property is transferred and financed.
