In today’s global economy, understanding the laws that govern international business transactions is essential for both businesses and individuals. This course introduces students to the legal frameworks that shape cross-border commerce and explores where and how international business disputes are resolved. Students will examine strategies for minimizing legal risks when conducting business abroad and consider the ethical challenges that can arise in global markets.
