BLAW 3346 Legal Aspects of Entrepreneurship 3.0 Credits
This course in Business Law introduces students to the laws that shape and support business ventures, with an emphasis on how founders and business owners can use legal knowledge to minimize risk and gain a strategic advantage. Students will explore key legal issues related to starting and managing a business, including choosing and registering a business entity, securing financing, protecting intellectual property, hiring and managing employees, and drafting and using contracts effectively.
