BMES 1610 Biomedical Coding: Fundamentals 3.0 Credits
This course introduces fundamental programming concepts such as functions, loops, data structures and file handling. Students gain competency with basic programming in multiple languages and environments (MATLAB, SIMULINK, Python). The course applies a structured BME design approach to software development, including the design, implementation, testing, and documentation of programs that address quantitative problems in biomedical engineering.
