BMES 3610 Biomedical Computing: Cellular Systems 3.0 Credits
Introduces the mathematical and computational analysis of cellular systems. Example systems include the genome, protein and gene networks, cell division cycles, and disease at the cellular level. Mathematical tools are integrated, utilizing topics such as matrix algebra, differential equations, cellular automata, and cluster analysis.
