BMES 4621 Software Design and Development for Biomedical Problems 3.0 Credits
This course provides hands‑on training in software development and computational engineering for biomedical applications. Students work with multi‑language programming, databases, web technologies, and graphical interfaces to build functional biomedical tools. Topics include data communication, numerical computing, object‑oriented programming, image processing and interface development. Through practical assignments and project‑based work, students create integrated solutions supporting bioinformatics, imaging, and biomedical data analysis.
