BMES 5621 Software Design and Development for Biomedical Problems 3.0 Credits
This course provides hands‑on training in software development and computational engineering for biomedical applications. Topics include databases, web technologies, graphical user interfaces, numerical computing, object‑oriented programming, and image processing. Through assignments and project‑based work, students gain exposure to a range of programming languages (such as MATLAB, Python, R, C++, PHP, JavaScript, and SQL) while developing computational tools for biomedical analysis.
