BST 8016 Theory of Linear, Generalized Linear, and Mixed Models 3.0 Credits
This advanced doctoral course is intended to familiarize students with both the theory and applications of the linear, generalized linear, and mixed models. The first third of the course will be devoted to the study of the linear and generalized linear model. The remainder of the course will be devoted to the study of models for correlated data; in particular, the class will discuss the theory and applications of the linear mixed model.
