BUSN 3350 Thinking (A)Broad – A Short-term International Course Experience in Business 3.0 Credits
This course will provide students with a short-term global experience. It may be combined with a pre-term or post-term program instructions. Course themes will vary depending upon the location and topic of focus, as well as with any partnering institutions, universities or companies. Faculty approval is required, and students must apply for enrollment and participation. There is generally a program fee for the travel portion of the course. Examples include Exploring Business Culture in Spain, Global Projects and Teams in Germany, Global Sustainable Leadership in the UK, and Global Project Leadership in The Netherlands. As an elective, it provides additional depth for interested students. Students will learn to apply key concepts, analyze real-world situations, and communicate evidence-based recommendations.
