BUSN 3920 Nonprofit Business Consulting 3.0 Credits

In this course, students build practical problem-solving skills through experiential, project-based learning. Working in teams, students partner with a nonprofit organization to analyze a real organizational challenge, conduct research, and develop data-informed, actionable recommendations. Students present their insights directly to organizational leaders, gaining hands-on experience in consulting practice, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic communication, with attention to mission alignment, stakeholder engagement, and community impact.
