In this course, students build practical problem-solving skills through experiential, project-based learning. Working in teams, students partner with a startup or early-stage venture to analyze a real business challenge, conduct research, and develop data-informed, actionable recommendations. Students present their insights directly to founders and leaders, gaining hands-on experience in consulting practice, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic communication, with emphasis on sustainable growth and market strategy.
