In this course, students develop advanced problem-solving capabilities through experiential, project-based learning. Working in teams, students partner with an organization to address a complex business challenge, design and justify research approaches, and generate data-driven, implementable recommendations. Students engage directly with client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle and present their findings to organizational leaders, building professional expertise in consulting practice, cross-functional collaboration, strategic communication, and decision-focused analysis.
