BUSN 9952 Economic and Strategic Perspectives 4.0 Credits

This course focuses on growth strategies for multi-product, multi-location and multi –business firms to tackle a critical business challenges such as: How to build organizational capabilities, processes, structures, and business models to facilitate future growth? The course provides students with an understanding of the challenges of managing growth and integration of multi business/products. The course goal is to provide students with an interdisciplinary and integrative understanding of various theoretical and applied perspectives on how to manage corporate development, growth, and risk. Students will be exposed to interdisciplinary theories, research, and practice.
