BUSN 9961 Foundations of Research in Behavioral Sciences 4.0 Credits

This course is designed to immerse the students in the applied statistical mindset required for DBA research. This is an applied hands-on course using statistical analysis tools with the objective of teaching the students how to critically think and apply statistics in research. This course will review theory building and the objectives of research methodology in behavioral research, look at principles of measurement, and explore alternative research designs and strategies. The course will discuss objectives of scientific research, data collection modalities, research designs, forms of validity, and statistical modeling.
