CAEE 5530 Life Cycle Assessment and Circular Economy 3.0 Credits
The course provides students with an enhanced skill set to permit them to cooperate more fully in the sustainable design and planning of engineering systems. Students are introduced to the systems analysis modeling approaches, life cycle assessment (LCA), circular economy, and material flow analysis (MFA), and they will explore research-oriented aspects of the methods and their application in engineering design, decisions, and public policy.
