CMGT 4998 Senior Capstone I 3.0 Credits
This is the first component of the Construction Management capstone series. It is the initial problem proposal phase. Students meet with clients and establish project goals, budget, and timeline. Emphasis in this course is placed on proposal writing, defining customer needs, and effective presentation skills.
