CMGT 4999 Senior Capstone II 3.0 Credits

This is the second component of the Construction Management capstone series. This course involves the completion of the construction-related problem defined in the proposal phase. Students will meet with faculty advisors and industry professionals to finalize the project the project deliverables; refine the budget and timeline of the chosen solution; and ensure the solution meets safety, quality, sustainability, and ethical standards. This course's emphasis is on writing final design reports, responding to stakeholder needs, and effective presentation skills.
