CRTV 6515 Neuroscience of Learning, Leadership and Change 3.0 Credits

Students investigate connections between neuroscience of learning, leadership, and professional and organizational change. The course explores how different brain networks engage during key phases of learning, problem-solving, and creative thinking, and how these insights can support effective leadership and change. The course examines neurovariability, neuroplasticity, and the influence of stress and emotion on learning and performance. The course explores how leadership, learning, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and policy shape culture, behavior, and organizational effectiveness. Students develop applied projects and a portfolio to support career development and demonstrate inclusive approaches to leading change, fostering creativity, and enhancing performance across diverse settings.
