This capstone course represents the culmination of the MBA experience, challenging students to integrate and apply advanced business knowledge in a highly competitive, simulation-driven environment using a business simulation platform. Students assume executive leadership roles, making high-stakes decisions across all functional areas while navigating market dynamics, competitive pressures, and long-term strategic trade-offs.
