DSGN 5015 Design Methods: Environment and Human Scale 3.0 Credits
This experiential seminar course will introduce students to design methods related to the human and environmental scale of design and scholarship, including product, interiors, and fashion scales. Students will engage in field visits, guest lectures, and in-class project development and discussions around various topics. Students will experience firsthand the aspects of design at the human scale. Students will engage with subject matter experts to produce case studies, visual and written literature reviews, and creative observational outcomes in this class. Course work will be reviewed by both professionals and scholars in the field of interest.
