ECE 4741 Statistical Analysis of Genomics 3.0 Credits
This course focuses on developing the computational and database navigational skills required to analyze (meta)-genomic data. The goals will be achieved through lecture and exercises on genomic databases, programming for importing and pre-processing genomic data, high performance programming and metrics for analysis of high-throughput metagenomic analyses, and methods to assess statistical significance of results.
