ECE 6271 Custom VLSI Design and Analysis 3.0 Credits

This course introduces custom VLSI circuit and systems design and analysis, with emphasis on high-performance digital CMOS integrated circuits. Topics include interconnect modeling and optimization, synchronization of high-speed systems, on-chip power generation and management, power distribution network design, and techniques for mitigating power supply and substrate noise in mixed-signal environments.
