EDAM 720 Systems Thinking for School Principals 3.0 Credits

This course equips aspiring school principals with the knowledge and skills to apply systems thinking to school leadership. By examining the interconnected components of schools—students, staff, families, resources, policies, and community—students will learn to identify patterns, solve complex problems, and implement sustainable solutions. Through case studies, simulations, and collaborative projects, participants will develop a systemic approach to fostering innovation, improving equity, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
