EDEX 6699 Special Education Seminar 3.0 Credits
This seminar course is a culminating experience for students to apply their knowledge and skills in special education. This course provides an opportunity for students to identify critical areas of study, design and implement substantive and outcome-driven lessons that utilize effective instructional practices. Course requires an intensive analysis of curricular goals, intended student outcomes, lesson planning and classroom-based action research. Clearances and field experience hours are required in the course.
