EDU 8860 Data Visualization and Research Communications 3.0 Credits
This course examines how researchers communicate evidence clearly, accurately, and persuasively to scholarly, professional, and public audiences. Students explore principles of data visualization, visual storytelling, policy briefs, presentations, and digital dissemination. Attention is given to ethics, audience interpretation, and the responsible representation of findings. Emphasis is placed on translating research outcomes into accessible formats that inform decision-making and public understanding. Students develop communication products grounded in their own research interests.
