EDX 8410 Foundations of Adaptive and Systems Leadership 3.0 Credits
This course examines leadership within complex systems, introducing systems thinking, adaptive challenges, and change agency. Students map their organizational contexts and define a problem of practice. Emphasis is placed on examining underlying assumptions, expanding perspective, and understanding how systems dynamics shape outcomes. Students develop an initial theory of action connecting leadership practice, organizational context, and emerging scholarly inquiry.
