EDX 8430 Leading Learning in Complex Systems 3.0 Credits
This course examines how leaders foster learning within complex systems to address adaptive challenges. Drawing on adult learning theory, decision-making research, and experiential practice, students explore how individuals and groups interpret, respond to, and learn from experience. Emphasis is placed on designing organizational conditions for reflection, feedback, and behavior change, strengthening interpersonal skills, and understanding how assumptions and biases influence learning and leadership.
