EDX 8450 Change Agency in Complex Adaptive Systems 3.0 Credits
This course builds on students’ initial problem of practice and theory of action, developing change agency through deeper systems thinking and inner development. Students apply analytical tools to examine personal and organizational resistance, map leadership capacity, and test underlying assumptions. Emphasis is placed on identifying leverage points and iteratively refining leadership approaches through safe-to-fail experimentation to strengthen the effectiveness of change efforts.
