EDX 8460 Policy and Systems Leadership 3.0 Credits
This course examines how policy shapes systems, outcomes, and constraints across sectors. Students analyze policy design, implementation, and impact, with attention to stakeholder influence, power dynamics, and gaps between policy and practice. Emphasis is placed on identifying leverage points within policy environments and understanding how leaders navigate and influence policy to support organizational and system-level change.
