EDX 8470 Strategic and Human Development in Complex Systems 3.0 Credits
This course builds on students’ evolving theory of action, focusing on the development and alignment of coherent, long-term strategies within complex systems. Students synthesize prior analyses to design strategic approaches to their problem of practice, integrating organizational culture, policy, and human development. Emphasis is placed on advancing self-authorship, engaging stakeholders, aligning strategy with developmental culture, and positioning organizations for sustained, systemic impact.
