EDX 8480 Global Leadership: Cultural Immersion and Perspectives 3.0 Credits
This course pairs academic study with a two-week international immersion to examine leadership across cultural and policy contexts. Students develop intercultural competence as they engage with multiple ways of knowing and analyze how differing policy environments shape systems and outcomes. Emphasis is placed on expanding awareness, challenging assumptions, and situating leadership within global contexts. Students further refine their problem of practice and evolving theory of action through comparative insight and reflective inquiry.
