EEDD 8420 Leading for Equity and Ethics in Organizational Systems 3.0 Credits
This course introduces students to conceptual and theoretical frameworks that address historic and persistent inequities in organizational systems. To inform their leadership and research as scholarly-practitioners, students engage in critical self-examination and reflection while exploring frameworks and epistemologies related to equity, ethics, and social justice. Drawing on multiple epistemological perspectives, students analyze how organizational structures and identities shape team dynamics and leadership challenges, emphasizing conflict transformation and equitable practice.
