ENTP 4901 Launch It! Green Start 3.0 Credits

In this capstone course, students turn ideas into launch-ready social and environmental ventures. They transition from problem insight to venture design, testing, and strategy, utilizing tools such as the Impact Business Model Canvas. Students build pilots, navigating real-world trade-offs, such as scale versus mission, impact versus revenue, and short-term feasibility versus long-term change. They then develop a professional venture plan and pitch for external reviewers, including investors, founders, corporate innovation leaders, nonprofit executives, and impact ecosystem partners, such as accelerators and incubators. As an elective, it provides additional depth for interested students. Students will learn to apply key concepts, analyze real-world situations, and communicate evidence-based recommendations.
