ESCI 3101 Exercise Physiology 4.0 Credits

This course examines the acute and chronic effects of exercise on human physiology. Topical areas include the structure, function, and control of exercising muscle, bioenergetics and metabolism, energy expenditure and fatigue, cardiovascular and respiratory function, body composition and nutrition, and environmental factors and clinical conditions that influence exercise performance.
