ESCI 3201 Strength and Conditioning 3.0 Credits

Strength and conditioning is a upper-level free elective course in the Health Sciences program. The course introduces students to the principles of strength and conditioning and fulfills the strength and conditioning course requirement for students matriculated in the Exercise Science major and minor wishing to sit for either the American College of Sports Medicine Exercise Physiologist or the National Strength and Conditioning Association’s Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certifications.
